We are excited to connect with our members at this year’s Annual Winter Luncheon!
We will be doing online registration for the event, so there will be NO need to pick up tickets at the office. Tickets will be issued upon your arrival at the event (please note that tickets are non-transferable). Additionally, you will need to show your Western ID at the door.
The registration DEADLINE is Wednesday February 11th midnight. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER!!
Once you submit the form, your lunch registration is complete. Registered members will receive an email on Friday, February 13 with their seating time and day‑of instructions.
There will be two seating options available:
NOTE: The 12-1pm is a popular lunch seating time with limited capacity. Once capacity is reached this seating option will no longer be available and instead members will see “12-1pm lunch FULL” and only be able to register for the 1-2pm seating.
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – *To ensure a smooth check-in process at the main entrance, doors will open at 11:30 AM.
- 1:00 PM – 2:00PM
PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE LUNCH:
- Take-away lunches can no longer be accommodated.
- When you arrive at the Great Hall for your designated seating time, please have your Western ONE card to confirm you are a UWOSA member.
- The lunch ticket is per person and will have your entrée and dessert ticket attached. You will need to detach your entrée and dessert tickets and place each in their respective designated ticket basket when collecting your entrée and dessert.
- Should your plans change and you are no longer able to attend the lunch, please email info@uwosa.ca to let us know so we can update the list of attendees
- Please note that your ticket is NON-TRANSFERABLE. ***Advance registration is required by the deadline to ensure a smooth and efficient registration and ticket pick-up process on the day of the luncheon. We DO NOT have the administrative capacity to make changes after the registration deadline (e.g., swapping members’ names).
2026 Winter Luncheon Menu:
Salad: Focaccia Wedges, Market Greens, Seasonal Vegetables, house dressing
Main Entrée: Gochujang crispy chicken with kimchi fried rice
Vegetarian Option: Gochujang Vegetarian Tofu

2026 Winter Luncheon Charity
We will be collecting donations for the London Food Bank. if you would like to bring a non-perishable item or cash contribution, there will be a drop-off area at the luncheon.
Reminder:
- Lunch tickets will be picked up on the day of the event—no advance pickup required.
- Please add your selected seating time to your calendar.
- Catering is planned based on registration numbers per seating, so members MUST attend the seating time they selected.
- To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, seating changes are not permitted on the day of the lunch or at the last minute.

- Q: I have a special dietary requirement (vegetarian, non-dairy, celiac, keto, etc.). Can I get a substitute meal? Please note that any info about dietary requirements and substitute meal requests must be communicated directly to Great Hall Catering (great.hall.catering@uwo.ca) with the email subject line “UWOSA Luncheon” by 4:00 pm on Thursday February 12, 2026.
- Q: I am very new to UWOSA. Can I still come to the luncheon? YES, you can. You will still need to complete the online registration.
- Q: I am on a paid leave. May I still come to the luncheon? YES, you can. You will still need to complete the online registration.
- Q: I have retired from Western. Can I come to the luncheon? NO, you cannot. The luncheon is only for current UWOSA members.
- Q: I am on secondment outside of UWOSA, can I attend the lunch? NO, you cannot. The luncheon is only for current UWOSA members.
