Dear UWOSA Members,
There are currently two vacancies on our Executive Committee for the 2022 – 2024 union term:
Membership Services Officer. Responsibilities of the Membership Services Officer are outlined in the UWOSA Constitution, section 7.6 “Officers of the Association – Membership Services Officer”.
Secretary. Responsibilities of the Secretary are outlined in the UWOSA Constitution, section 7.7 “Officers of the Association – Secretary”.
Self-nominations for each role will be accepted until May 31, 2022 at 4 p.m.
Please email a brief biography of your qualifications (maximum 200 words) to be submitted for review at Stewards Council.
Applicants will be notified by the President with the date they are expected to attend a Stewards Council meeting to provide a brief (3 minute) presentation to Council members. After all presentations, a vote will be held by Steward Council members to determine the next Membership Services Officer and Secretary.
