If so, we encourage you to consider putting your name forward as the UWOSA representative for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Joint Committee.
In accordance with Article 39.04 of the UWOSA Collective Agreement, UWOSA will have a representative on the Western EAP Committee. This committee meets several times per year and contributes to reviewing and ensuring that the EAP program (Employee (and family) Assistance Plan (EAP) – Human Resources – Western University (uwo.ca)) provided by Western for employees is meeting member’s needs. All UWO/UWOSA committees are for the UWOSA two-year term (May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2024).
If you are interested in putting your name forward, please complete a self nomination form and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, December 9, 2022 at 4 pm. The self nomination form can be found on the UWOSA website in the “Members Area” (www.uwosa.ca). Please include a short paragraph explaining why you want to be the UWOSA EAP Joint Committee Rep and what skills, education, and knowledge you will bring to the position.
