Job Evaluation Appeals Committee

The Job Evaluation Appeals Committee hears appeals from UWOSA members about the classification of their positions. It is composed of an equal number of UWOSA and UWO members.

The UWOSA members of the committee are Mike Parker (co-chair), Karen Foullong, Rob Fournier, Lori Johnson, and Jan Milette.

Learning, Staff Development and Training Committee

The Learning, Staff Development and Training Committee is a joint UWOSA/UWO Committee. It is responsible for addressing the planning of learning, development and training initiatives for UWOSA members.

The UWOSA members of this committee are Cinthia Maclean and Mahillah Rafek.

Appendix L - Job Evaluation Committee

This committee will review the current job evaluation plans used to evaluate UWOSA positions. The committee will make recommendations to establish one plan that is gender neutral and ensure that pay equity is achieved for members.

The UWOSA members of this committee are Deb Novakowski, Mike Parker and Karen Foullong. UWOSA also has a consultant, Daina Greene, representing the union on this committee.
